At approximately 12:20 PM (GMT-6) on April 22nd service for MFTExpress was restored. Amazon continues to have trouble with it's EC2 services at this time so in order to resolve the issue JSCAPE moved it's MFTExpress server and a backup of user and data files to a different Amazon zone not currently experiencing issues.
You may continue to access MFTExpress using the hostname secure.mftexpress.com, however with the restoration of service the IP address for the secure.mftexpress.com server has changed to 220.127.116.11.
