Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition Pricing

Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition is licensed based on the number of unique domain names (web addresses) that the applet is served from. Each license may be licensed to one or more domain names and may be used by an unlimited number of clients to connect to an unlimited number of FTP servers.

To further explain, a set of licensing scenarios have been provided below. If you have questions regarding licensing of Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition or have unique licensing needs please contact the Help Desk for additional assistance.

Single Domain Scenario

The Single Domain License allows you to use Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition on a single domain.

You have a single domain www.mydomain.com where you would like to use Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition. In this scenario you would purchase a Single Domain License at a total cost of $499.00.

Total = 1 * $499.00 = $499.00

Site Domain Scenario

The Site Domain License allows you to use Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition on a single domain to include any subdomains for that domain making it a very cost effective option for larger organizations.

You have several domains that follow the pattern www.mydomain.com, www2.mydomain.com etc. where you would like to use Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition. In this scenario you have the option of purchasing a Site Domain License OR several Single Domain License(s). The Site Domain License may be more cost effective in that should you wish to use Secure FTP Applet on other subdomains then your existing Site Domain License will cover this.

The subdomain is the part that precedes the top level domain. For example www is the subdomain for www.mydomain.com and www2 is the subdomain for www2.mydomain.com. The Site Domain License is available at a cost of $1999.00.

Total = 1* $1999.00 = $1999.00

Unlimited Domain Scenario

The Unlimited Domain License allows you to use Secure FTP Applet Professional Edition on any number of domains. This option is ideal for large web hosting providers and application developers wishing to embed Secure FTP Applet within their products.

You are an ISP wanting to offer your customers an easy method to manage their websites. You have several unique domains that you want to use Secure FTP Applet on. In this scenario it would be most cost effective to purchase an Unlimited Domain License. Pricing for the Unlimited Domain License varies based on application.
