- All licenses include 1 year of technical support and maintenance at no charge. After the first year annual support and maintenance may be purchased at 30% of the current license fee. All technical support requests must be handled via the Help Desk. Technical support over the phone is available only with a paid Phone Support subscription.
- Failover/Test licenses are intended for failover or test/development purposes only and may be purchased at a discounted rate from standard license fee. Up to a maximum of three failover/test licenses may be purchased for each standard license purchased.
- Professional Services may be used for assistance with installation, configuration and custom development.
- Phone Support services with a JSCAPE engineer may be scheduled Monday - Friday, 8AM - 6PM CST with a paid Phone Support subscription.
