At approximately 12:20 PM (GMT-6) on April 22nd service for MFTExpress was restored. Amazon continues to have trouble with it's EC2 services at this time so in order to resolve the issue JSCAPE moved it's MFTExpress server and a backup of user and data files to a different Amazon zone not currently experiencing issues.

We apologize for any inconvenience. At this time we are working with Amazon to correct the issue. This is a priority and we will continue to actively work on the issue until there is a resolution.
