Merchant Link needed a high availability secure file transfer application that could support both secure FTPS and standard FTP protocols.

Solution
After a thorough evaluation Merchant Link chose to deploy several JSCAPE MFT Server instances to multiple Solaris 10 server environments.
Results
Using JSCAPE MFT Server Merchant Link was able to achieve all requirements. Using the JSCAPE MFT Server application Merchant Link non-technical staff are now able to troubleshoot and manage customer accounts with ease.
